Hey, I'm Chris!
I began my real estate journey as an investor, starting small and steadily expanding into multiple strategies that allow me to help people and create long-term financial stability. Over the years, I’ve grown my portfolio to include a PadSplit property of my own, partnerships in two additional PadSplits, a successful Airbnb, and several long-term rentals across multiple states.
In addition to investing, I’ve also become a private money lender, funding several real estate projects and helping other investors bring their deals to life.
Today, I’m also a licensed real estate agent in Arizona, where I guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process. Whether it’s creative finance, traditional buying and selling, or helping investors build their portfolios, I combine real-world experience with a hands-on approach to deliver real solutions for my clients.
